Prayer requests on the website are updated every Monday-Friday at 9:30 a.m., EST February 19, 2015 “He will stand and shepherd them in the strength of Yahweh, in the majestic name of Yahweh His God. They will live securely, for then His greatness will extend to the ends of the earth. He will be their peace.” (Micah 5:4-5a, HCSB) WORLD LEADER - “Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence” (1 Timothy 2:1-2, NKJV). Please pray for President Harold Martin of New Caledonia (a territorial collectivity of France in the South Pacific, east of Australia). NORTH AFRICANS OF BELGIUM - Sometimes a Muslim befriended by a believer suddenly goes “off the grid.” Phone calls go unanswered, and nobody answers the door. Did they move? Was their phone stolen? Did their heart become hard? Were they forbidden to continue friendship with a believer? Only God knows. Please pray for the many “off-the-grid” North African Muslims of Belgium to be open to God’s movement in their lives. Ask Him to give them visions and dreams and to open up many avenues to the Truth. PEOPLE OF WHITE MOUNTAIN, EAST ASIA - February 19, the Lunar New Year observance, will begin the Year of the Lamb, so please pray that this will indeed be the year of the Lamb of God! As university students who have believed in Him this past semester return home for the Spring Festival break, ask that they will be bold and unashamed as they share their new faith with their families and friends. As believers go back to their hometowns, may they have wisdom in knowing how to honor their deceased relatives without worshipping them. May they have insight in how to share the joy they have in their lives with their extended families.
