“So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” (Isaiah 55:11, NKJV)

WORLD LEADER - “Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence” (1 Timothy 2:1-2, NKJV). Please pray for Prime Minister Iurie Leanca of Moldova (eastern Europe, northeast of Romania).

MEBO OF LAOS (MEE-boh) - Each year, the Mebo believers gather together in local fellowships to have government-sanctioned worship services to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. This is a great time of fellowship, food, worship and teaching. Many Mebo invite their nonbelieving friends to hear of the hope of Jesus Christ. One pastor’s small fellowship has recently seen miraculous healings and many choosing to follow Christ. Amid the excitement of what God is doing, this fellowship is surrounded by a dark cloud of oppression by the local authorities. As the body of this small fellowship grows, so does the watchful eye of the local authorities. As this church prepared for their annual celebration, they encountered many obstacles. Please pray for this fellowship to have strength and perseverance during this time of scrutiny. Pray also that the hearts of the many who heard the gospel will be stirred by the Holy Spirit to choose to follow Him and join this growing fellowship.

THEOLOGICAL EDUCATION FOR THE WESTERN GATEWAY CLUSTER (WEST AFRICA) - Please pray that the Lord will stir the hearts of urban Malian believers to enroll in the upcoming theological education courses. At the same time, ask God to speak clearly to Malian church leadership about getting the word out and providing prayer and financial support for their leaders and laity who have a desire to participate and grow in their walk with the Lord Jesus.
