| Prayer requests on the website are updated every Monday-Friday at 9:30 a.m., EST February 20, 2014 “Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may run swiftly and be glorified, just as it is with you, Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may run swiftly and be glorified, just as it is with you.” (2 Thessalonians 3:1) WORLD LEADERS - “Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence” (1 Timothy 2:1-2). Please pray today for Chief Minister Alan Bell of Isle of Man (western Europe, between Great Britain and Ireland). LAST FRONTIER - “Thank you for your faithful prayers over the years. Since 2010, we have been asking you to pray for a church-planting project that involved raising pigs and teaching rural villagers how to raise them effectively. While teaching these agricultural techniques, the national church planter was able to share the Gospel, lead people to the Lord, and baptize them. Praise God that today there is a church and more than 50 baptized believers! Please keep praying for these new believers as they share with neighboring villages and in the district south of them. Pray that in 2014, believers will multiply and start new house churches.” TORCH PEOPLE OF EAST ASIA - Allie*, a Torch believer, will be moving to the heart of Torch people country, as she is marrying an unbeliever. She wants to be in fellowship with other believers, but there are none in the area. So far, she has had the opportunity to meet one sister in Christ who might move to a place three or four hours away by two buses and then a very long hike. Please pray that Allie’s husband will come to believe in Jesus, and ask that she will share with many people around her so that she will have fellowship close by before her flame, separated from fellowship, starts to die out. Please pray that she will continue in a close relationship with her Savior.
