“I pray that your participation in the faith may become effective through knowing every good thing that is in us for the glory of Christ.” (Philemon 1:6)

WORLD LEADERS - “Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence” (1 Timothy 2:1-2). Please pray today for President Daniel Zaidini of Mayotte (island off the coast of southern Africa, between Mozambique and Madagascar).

BAI AND NAXI OF CHINA (BYE and NAH-shee) - Singing praises is a natural part of the Christian experience (Psalm 96:1–3), even for Bai believers. But up until last month, they had never had a Bai song to sing. Bai brothers and sisters just finished writing the first worship songs in their heart language. Praise the Lord! Pray for this to be just the beginning of what will become a whole collection of songs that will allow the people to sing praises to the Father in their heart language and spread His fame among the nations!

EUROPEAN PEOPLES - IMB personnel are working alongside national believers and church planters throughout the countries of the Black Sea Orthodox Cluster to expand the body of Christ through new church starts. Many of these new groups are being led by church planters equipped through the church-planting program at Kiev Theological Seminary in Ukraine. Intercede for the young men and their families who are living and working by faith to be instruments the Lord uses to impact lostness in these countries. Ask the Lord to prepare the hearts of many who are not yet followers of Jesus in Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Romania and Ukraine to receive the Good News of Christ with joy.
