(Isaiah 60:3, HCSB) WORLD LEADER - “Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence” (1 Timothy 2:1-2, NKJV). Please pray today for Prime Minister Hashim Thaci of Kosovo (southeastern Europe, between Serbia and Macedonia). CENTRAL ASIAN PEOPLES COMMUNICATION TEAM - “Our team often struggles with a balancing act between working in English and learning our host culture’s language. We tend to go in waves and struggle with ups and downs in our ability to speak. Please pray for extraordinary grace to persevere in language study. Ask God to help us and to bless our efforts to share the gospel with our neighbors.” MAASAI OF TANZANIA (MAH-sigh) - “Praise the Lord with our Maasai of Tanzania Team! What an incredibly awesome time we had with this last volunteer group of 2014, as you lifted them up in prayer! There were four days of discipleship, with more than 240 people present. Each day began with a clear presentation of the gospel. In two locations, more than 60 people made professions of faith. Another huge step forward was that in the first location, the Maasai met together after both days of teaching to discuss a church building. Praise the Lord that they have decided that they will build a building--no more waiting on the missionary or volunteers!
