“The Gentiles shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.” (Isaiah 60:3, NKJV)

WORLD LEADER - “Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence” (1 Timothy 2:1-2, NKJV). Please pray today for Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu of Israel (Middle East).

KASHMIRI MUSLIMS OF INDIA (KASH-meer-ee) - “On September 7, the Kashmir Valley was hit by devastating floods. Many people lost their homes and belongings, and some even lost their lives. As temperatures decrease, many face very difficult living conditions within their incompleted homes or temporary structures. Others face difficult financial situations due to their businesses and goods being lost during the flood. Although life continues on, we see many struggling with depression and fear, afraid of what the future holds for them. Although we have experienced this disaster alongside our Kashmiri friends and neighbors, we count it a blessing to have walked along this same path. We pray that in doing so, we will have many opportunities to serve and minister to those around us. Please pray that we will have compassionate, discerning hearts in the upcoming days ahead and see many Kashmiri people find peace and joy in Jesus Christ.”

SUB-SAHARAN AFRICAN PEOPLES - “Africa is a large continent, big enough to hold China, the United States, India, France, Spain, Germany, the United Kingdom, Japan and four other European countries within its borders. Ebola is far from East Africa--countries away--yet it is the reason that many volunteers are not coming here to reach the lost. Many thousands of people, those not infected with Ebola, are dying daily without ever having the privilege of hearing Jesus’ name or accepting salvation through Him. Please pray fervently that God will touch the hearts of those blessed with that privilege to come alongside our East Africa Cluster to adopt and share His love with our unreached peoples before it’s too late.”
