| Prayer requests on the website are updated every Monday-Friday at 9:30 a.m., EST March 27, 2014 “Everyone who asks receives, and the one who searches finds, and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.” (Matthew 7:8) WORLD LEADERS - “Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence” (1 Timothy 2:1-2). Please pray today for Administrator Neil Pope of Norfolk Island (South Pacific Ocean, east of Australia). CENTRAL ASIAN PEOPLES COMMUNICATION TEAM - Please continue praying for the completion of the Action Bible, a graphic-novel version of the New Testament. The revisions came back from the text checkers, and they were more than expected. This has caused more work and, thus, a bit of a delay in going to press. Pray for perseverance and diligence for those involved in this project. NORTH TOKYO, JAPAN (TOH-kyoh) - Missionaries Marsha Woods and Hannah Sharick had just finished praying over their lunch when a woman sitting next to them asked if they were Christians. This question led to a 30-minute discussion and testimony time of the woman’s journey to faith in Jesus. She introduced them to her own family and then told them something that missionaries in Japan rarely hear: “Thank you for bringing the Good News to us Japanese and for helping us to spread the word to our friends and families.” Please pray for missionaries in Japan to have continued encouragement. Ask God to help missionaries and Japanese believers to work together to reach the lost of Japan.
