“I give thanks to my God for every remembrance of you, always praying with joy for all of you in my every prayer, because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now.” (Philippians 1:3-5)

WORLD LEADERS - “Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence” (1 Timothy 2:1-2). Please pray today for Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu of Israel (Middle East).

LAST FRONTIER - “Volunteers have arrived and are presently here, spending their days with university students and building relationships while sharing Truth. Pray that they will be able to connect with many students throughout the day and discern those whose hearts are open to Truth. Pray that each morning as they prepare their hearts for the day ahead, the Lord will speak encouraging words directly to each one of them, words that will empower and embolden them. The weather is cold and windy, so please pray that their health will remain strong. We are so thankful for the support and help of volunteers who partner with us and give so much of themselves!”

SONGHAI OF WEST AFRICA (SONG-high) - “In January, our Songhai Team will conduct our first-ever discipleship training for female believers. We have been able to have these times of discipleship and teaching for our mature male believers five times over the past year, but never for the women, as there are only a handful of Songhai women who have chosen to follow Christ. Like the men, these women will come to the capital city for an intense time of teaching, while also experiencing much-needed fellowship and community with other believers. Please pray for this time of teaching to be a major milestone in the growth of these women and their faith. Pray for wisdom for missionaries Parker Phillips and Susan Saleeby, as well as International Service Corps worker Sarah Fox and Beth*, a national believer, as they teach these women the basics of their faith over the course of a two-day period.” (*pseudonym)
