“In the same way the Spirit also joins to help in our weakness, because we do not know what to pray for as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with unspoken groanings.” (Romans 8:26)

WORLD LEADERS - “Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence” (1 Timothy 2:1-2). Please pray today for Chief Minister Ian Gorst of Jersey (island in the English Channel).

NU OF COLOMBIA (noo) - Two communities of Nu people have become believers. They are worshipping the true God instead of the spirit world, but they are two of 10 different communities of Nu people. The remaining communities have not yet heard the Good News. They live in remote areas of the country where security is a very serious concern, even for teams of national believers. Pray that God will open doors to enter into these yet-unreached Nu communities. Pray that if God does not open those doors, He will demonstrate clearly the method that needs to be used to reach these groups who have yet to hear the Gospel message.

SOUTHEAST ASIAN PEOPLES - “Business is the ‘new frontier’ of reaching the unreached areas of our island. Many workers are finding that religious and social-work visas are not getting them to the places they need to be, so they are exploring the idea of setting up small businesses. Pray for creativity and wisdom in setting these up, strong businesses that will allow workers a solid basis to stay in the areas they want to engage. Many of these workers do not have a business background, so pray for them to know when to consult with experts to keep from running into trouble later on. Ask the Lord to open up doors to low-access areas of the island. Pray for workers to have favor with those in authority as they set up their businesses. Pray for all 52 of the unreached people groups (UPGs) on our island to be effectively engaged soon.”
