| Prayer requests on the website are updated every Monday-Friday at 9:30 a.m., EST August 13, 2014 “My aim is to evangelize where Christ has not been named, so that I will not build on someone else’s foundation, but, as it is written: ‘Those who were not told about Him will see, and those who have not heard will understand.’” (Romans 15: 20-21, HCSB) WORLD LEADER - “Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence” (1 Timothy 2:1-2). Please pray today for Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina of Bangladesh (southern Asia, between India and Myanmar). MEBO OF LAOS (MEE-boh) - Please pray for a national partner and his wife as they move this month to an area with many Mebo people groups. He is an evangelist with a heart for his people. They will be moving from the city to live in a rural area, all for the sake of the Gospel. Please ask the Father to comfort them as they transition into a very difficult lifestyle. The area to which they are moving has many unreached people groups, many of whom have never heard of the hope that can be found in Christ. NEW LABORERS FOR THE HARVEST - Thank you for praying for the Missions Expo in North Carolina in June. It was obvious that the Holy Spirit spoke clearly to every missionary applicant. Please continue praying for those who are moving forward in the application process, asking God to connect them with the right assignment, the right team, and the right location. Also pray for those who sensed God saying, “Not now,” or “Another direction.” Thank Him for His faithfulness to help each person find their place in God’s story.
