“Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for Me?” (Jeremiah 32:27, NKJV)

WORLD LEADER - “Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence” (1 Timothy 2:1-2). Please pray today for Chancellor Werner Faymann of Austria (central Europe).

ATHLETES OF EAST ASIA - “In August , the student/young adult sports fellowship will be sending teams to three different provinces,” workers write. “They will lead basketball camps, work with an orphanage, and engage members of an unreached people group. Please pray for these precious young believers as they go to share the Good News with people in their own country. This is exactly what we are here to do: train up believers so that they can minister to their own countrymen. Pray for boldness in faith and for open hearts to receive the Good News.”

WASSULU OF MALI, GUINEA AND COTE D’IVOIRE (WAH-soo-loo) - Volunteers from Texas and Georgia and a missionary serving among the Wassulu in Africa will be working with a stateside missionary in the Harlem area of New York City this month, seeking to reach sub-Saharan African immigrants. The team asks you to pray before they arrive and while they are among the West African expatriates, prayerwalking and seeking opportunities to pursue spiritual discussions. The West African diaspora includes Wassulu and other people groups from their region. Pray that new contacts with Wassulu in the United States can be established while this team carries the light of the Gospel into the dark spiritual voids of the immigrant community in New York City.
