Please pray today for President Rafael Correa Delgado of Ecuador (northwestern South America). KOBE, JAPAN (KOH-bay) - “The young Japanese student whom God provided to help our journeyman on a campus in Kobe continues to meet with the journeyman weekly for training in how to do simple Bible studies with students. He has a great desire to see Bible studies started on campus,” writes the Kobe/Hyogo Team. “In just a few months, the journeyman will be completing her term of service and returning home. Praise the Lord that that there will be a Japanese national in her place who can continue the work on that campus! Pray for a smooth passing of the baton from the journeyman to this national believer.” RIF BERBERS OF NORTHERN AFRICA AND EUROPE (reef BER-bers) - She sat on the bench with arms on her knees, head down, and eyes filled with tears as she heard the Gospel for the second time. “I believe everything you are saying with my heart. Everything.” But when told again the truth that there is only one God and only one way to heaven, fear flashed across her tear-stained face. “How can I say that my religion is wrong? I can’t say that it’s wrong, that my family is wrong . . .” she said with her voice trailing off at the end. Please pray that God will break down the barrier of fear and that He will make the Truth known to those who are seeking Him with their hearts.
