"I waited patiently for the Lord, and He turned to me and heard my cry for help.” (Psalm 40:1, HCSB)

WORLD LEADERS - "Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence" (1 Timothy 2:1-2, NKJV). Please pray today for Prime Minister Cai-Goran Stubb of Finland (northern Europe).

CONNECTING IN PANAMA - Lift up Pastor Robert* and his local congregation at La Boca as they finalize a partnership with a church in Kentucky. This partnership has been in the planning stages for a good amount of time, and after several setbacks, they are finally ready to proceed! They have a unified vision for an area of town that currently does not have an evangelical presence. Pray for all the final details to be worked out so that together, they can reach the people and share the truth of the Gospel with them. (*name changed)

LAST FRONTIER - As families serving among a Last Frontier people group return to the field following a stateside assignment, please lift up their children who have been through change and are now heading into another transition. Sometimes they will return to the same city and get to reunite with old friends, but other times they will begin again in a new city and have to make new friends. These can be challenging times for the children, and they will need extra attention and encouragement to reach out to others and make new friends. Their adjustment and health is vital to the effective work of their families. Ask for encouragement and grace, on their behalf, to adjust to these new changes and to develop new relationships.
