"You heard the sound of my pleading when I cried to You for help.” (Psalm 31:22b, HCSB)

WORLD LEADERS - "Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence" (1 Timothy 2:1-2, NKJV). Please pray today for Prime Minister Vincente Ehate Tomi of Equatorial Guinea (western Africa, between Cameroon and Gabon).

CENTRAL ASIAN UNENGAGED PEOPLES - There are more than 400,000 Turkmen in Iraq. ISIS besieged the city of Amerli in northern Iraq because of hatred towards this minority people group. Please ask God to pour out His mercy on the Turkmen of Iraq. Christian material is available in their language. Pray that God will bring His Gospel to them and send Christian workers to proclaim the Good News to them. Pray for God's protection over their cities and villages. Ask God to use this suffering in their lives to turn their hearts to Him.

FULANI OF WESTERN NIGER (foo-LAH-nee) - Western Niger Fulani believers don’t have the background that typical church members in the United States have. They have never been to Vacation Bible School or church camp or taken any Bible classes. Many cannot read, so they learn Bible facts through Bible stories that they hear. Travis, a journeyman on the Western Niger Fulani Team, knows that his time among the Fulani is short. Pray for the believers to be strengthened in their faith as Travis meets with them to teach and encourage them. Some days he works alongside them in their fields. Second Timothy 3:12 (HCSB) says: “In fact, all those who want to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.” Pray for these believers, as they are facing persecution for sharing their faith. Pray for Travis, asking that the Father will sustain him and be his delight and strength in tough days.
